About us
Svane Consulting was founded by Lars Søndergaard and Matthias Svane in 2006. We met in PFA (insurance), where we both worked on a core transformation program as employees (program managers). We are both engineers, and we both have worked for the big consulting companies (EY and Accenture). It was easy to agree that starting a company was worth pursuing. After 14 successful years with non-stop projects we are happy to conclude that this was indeed a good idea.
Besides being partners and owners, we are also the only full-time employees. Most of our engagements are shaped as teamwork with our customers, typically playing a fulltime part in planning or executing strategies, projects or reviews. Despite being on different projects we always utilise each other’s expertise.

Expert in HR Transformation Projects, roles include program director, “trusted advisor”, project manager and review of projects. Lots of experience with SAP S/4 HANA.
Social responsiblity
We spend money on charity every year, primarily "Doctors without borders" and "Kræftens bekæmpelse" (Fight Cancer). We don't do it to advertise - we mention it here because we believe it should be an inspiration for all companies - it will solve many of the world’s problems if we share the wealth just a little bit better.
