Svane Consulting has specialised in the governance of large projects with substantial IT and infrastructure components since 2006. Our services include program and project management, IT and sourcing strategies, advisory on governance, change management and project reviews.

Our customers include the biggest banks, insurance companies, telecommunications and transport operators in Denmark. Besides our expertise, we value independence as a key component of our success – we have no technology nor partner strategy preferences. We have worked with and for all the major consulting companies with a presence in Denmark - and often managed them on behalf of our customers.

One of our specialities is “Project Review”. We help you asses and validate that an ongoing project is on track. We make sure to provide you with suggestions that are practical and effective, regardless of whether the project is healthy or in need of new thinking.
